Hidden in Plain Sight Experience

An Interactive Opioid Awareness Experience

The Hidden in Plain Sight trailer is an interactive, educational experience that helps adults recognize signs of opioid and substance misuse that may be hiding in everyday surroundings. By learning what to look for, parents, caregivers, educators, and other community members can become more aware of potential warning signs and feel better prepared to start important conversations.

What is the Hidden in Plain Sight Camper?

The Hidden in Plain Sight camper is a mobile educational exhibit designed to look like a typical teen or young adult living space. Inside, visitors participate in a guided experience that reveals how drug use and opioid misuse can be concealed in everyday items.

The exhibit helps adults learn to identify subtle warning signs, behaviors, and household items that may indicate substance use.

Key Points

  • Realistic room setup inside a camper/trailer
  • Common household items with hidden meanings
  • Guided learning experience
